Made with a combination of Maya, after Effects and Garage Band. IT'‘S DANNY! was a personal project I worked on last year (2024). The short was meant to seem like an excerpt from a fictitious retro television series hence my need for all the crusty visual effects and sound quality.
Who’s behind the door? This short was my first in a series made with Maya and Adobe After Effects that reflects the iconic aesthetics of early CGI film. My character John was designed on Clip Studio Paint Ex with the visuals of Miyazaki for inspiration.
